Getting to
Jimena de la Frontera
Flights:
There are two airports within fairly close proximity of the finca by car:
Malaga and Gibraltar.
Malaga is slightly further away, but has cheaper and more frequent flights.

By Car:
Renting a car between a group of you will be the most convenient option.
Journey Times:​
Malaga Airport: 1hr 28 minutes​
Gibraltar Airport: 56 minutes
Maybe you can spice up the journey by stopping off a la playa on the way...

Quick Tip: Don't forget you'll need a credit card (not a debit card) for car rentals.
(This has caught people out before and we'd hate for people to be unable to get to us!)

By Coach:
There is a good coach service that drives along the southern coast of Spain from Malaga airport.
Getting a coach to the Sotogrande area (stop at Guadiaro or San Roque) followed by a taxi to your accommodation is also a viable option.
​
The finca is a 40 minute drive from Sotogrande.
A taxi from here will cost around €30-40.​

By Train:
The village nearest the finca: Jimena De La Frontera, can be reached by two trains.​ This does take a while though so would avoid if possible.

Taxis:
Uber exists here. Or pre-book one from somewhere mentioned above.

Getting to and from the Wedding
Both the Finca and Jimena De La Frontera are somewhat remote and getting everyone both to and from the venue over three days is, frankly, a logistical nightmare.
​To the Finca:
We will be in touch with one person from each hotel or villa to confirm how each group will get to and from the villa each day. We have a combination of mini-buses, taxis and lovely family members drivers who will make all of this possible (pray for us).​

​From the Finca:
Shuttles will go back and forth to take people back as and when, with a taxi available if anyone misses these for whatever reason or want to go home earlier....or later.

Self-Drive:
For the non-drinkers amongst us with cars, there is space for 8 cars at the venue so please let us know if you plan to drive!
